The 4 Laws of Health is also referred to as 'The NOWW System.'
The NOWW System is a step by step program of self-care that teaches you how to build and maintain great health.
Health doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective. Health has a few key areas you must focus on to achieve more energy, greater mental clarity and less stress.
The NOWW System teaches you the 4 laws that affect your health:
🥑 NOURISH - you are more than just your physical body, therefore you also have to nourish your mind, emotional and spiritual self.
OXYGEN - the quality of your breath with determine the quality of your life. We know that everybody breathes but not everybody breathes well. Improper breathing creates stress and tension in the body.
💧 WATER - the quality and quantity of your hydration will determine the quality of your health. Not all liquids hydrate the body, some do the opposite and did you know dehydration is the number one cause of fatigue?
🏋️♂️ WORKOUTS - movement is a must. Physical activity facilitates the flow of life source energy through the body. Exercise helps your body to flush out toxins.
When you focus on the NOWW you enrich your life, you achieve self-empowerment through self-care.
This will be your essential guide to building strong foundations to your health, that will increase your energy, mental clarity and happiness, achieve this whilst decreasing your stress too.
When you take time to self-care you raise your levels of self-awareness and you begin to experience a richer life.
I believe that health is a huge component of being happy. When you self-care you raises your levels of wellbeing and happiness, this then positively affects your relationships, your work, your own levels of self-confidence and self-esteem.
